Makana Health PLLC is excited to welcome dedicated licensed mental health professionals who are passionate about supporting individuals and families on their journey through fertility and third-party reproduction. We are expanding our team of therapists, counselors, psychologists, and clinical social workers to deliver high-quality biopsychosocial evaluations and consultations for egg donors, sperm donors, gestational carriers, and intended parents.

About This Opportunity
As a contracted provider, you will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial interviews, administer standardized psychological assessments, and prepare detailed reports and clearances for patients pursuing third-party reproductive pathways. This work plays a meaningful role in helping people build their families and you’ll be a trusted part of that process.

This fully remote role is designed to fit seamlessly into your current practice or personal schedule. You choose how many assessments you take on and set your own availability for appointments so you truly work when you want to work. All sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant Telehealth video conferencing.

You’ll also have opportunities to grow your role and become a primary evaluator within our collaborative team.

Required Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Psychologist (PsyD/PhD), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in a relevant field

• Fully independent licensure and the ability to practice unsupervised

• Proof of active malpractice insurance with minimum coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate

• Prior experience with Telehealth and access to a personal computer with a reliable internet connection

Bonus Skills:

• Fluency in languages in addition to English

• PSYPACT credential or licensure in multiple states
